Terms of Use

Last updated 12 September 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of Lyrumi. By installing or using the Lyrumi Android app, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

1. Who you are contracting with

Lyrumi is operated by Nikita Zarubin, sole trader, registered in the Republic of Serbia (“Lyrumi”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@lyrumi.com.

The app is distributed through Google Play. Google is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the app or its content.

2. Who may use Lyrumi

You must be at least 13 years old, or at least 16 if you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, and old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live. If you are under the age of majority, you may only use Lyrumi with a parent or guardian’s consent.

Using Lyrumi requires signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

We do not verify age. If we learn that an account belongs to someone below the minimum age, we will close it.

3. What the app does

You supply either an idea in a sentence or two, or your own lyrics. From an idea, an AI model writes lyrics for you, which you can edit. Lyrumi passes the lyrics and the style you describe to an AI model, which writes or arranges the music and records a vocal take. You get back an audio track and a cover image.

Generation is not instantaneous and not guaranteed. A run takes roughly three minutes and can fail. When a song fails to generate, the credits it consumed are returned to your balance automatically; when AI lyrics fail, the credit they consumed is returned the same way.

4. Your content

Everything you type into Lyrumi — prompts, lyrics, song titles, comments — stays yours. We do not claim ownership of it.

You give us the permission we need to run the service: to store your text, to send it to the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy so a song can be produced, and — only if you choose to publish a song — to display it to other signed-in users of the app.

You promise that you hold the rights to whatever you submit. Do not paste in somebody else’s lyrics, and do not submit anything you are not free to use.

5. The songs you generate

You may use the songs Lyrumi produces for you however you like, including commercially. We do not take a cut and we do not require credit.

Three things you should understand before you rely on that:

Third-party platforms — streaming services, stores, social networks — set their own rules about AI-generated music. Those rules apply to you independently of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Lyrumi to create, publish or distribute:

Do not attempt to bypass the credit system, reverse engineer the app, interfere with the service or access other users’ data.

The app has a report button on every published song and every comment. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts. We can do this without notice where the content is clearly unlawful.

7. Publishing to Explore

Songs are private by default. Publishing one to Explore is an explicit action and you can undo it at any time; unpublishing removes the song from Explore immediately.

While a song is published, other signed-in users can see its title, its full lyrics, its cover, and your stage name and avatar, and can play it, like it and comment on it. Sharing a link goes further: the page it opens needs no account. Read the Privacy Policy before you publish or share — the stage name is the only name other people are shown, and it is yours to choose.

8. Credits, subscriptions and payment

Songs and AI-written lyrics are paid for in credits. One song version costs 10 credits; lyrics written by the AI from an idea cost 1 credit. A new account receives 12 credits free.

All prices are shown by Google Play in your local currency, and every payment is processed by Google. We never see or handle your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.

Cancelling and refunds go through Google Play, not through us. Cancel in the Play Store under Subscriptions; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy. Write to support@lyrumi.com if something has gone wrong and we will help where we can.

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Because generated songs and lyrics are digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once credits have been used — this is a consequence of the law, not something these terms take away.

We may change prices or what a plan includes. Changes to a running subscription take effect at the next renewal, and Google Play will ask you to accept a price increase before it applies.

9. Availability

Lyrumi is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be available without interruption, that generation will always succeed, or that any particular result will satisfy you. We may change, suspend or discontinue features.

If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice through the app or by email so you can download your songs.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time: delete your account from the Account screen in the app, or simply uninstall it. Deleting the account is permanent and is described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where we do so and you have unused paid credits, we will refund them proportionally unless the breach was deliberate or unlawful.

11. Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for a breach of your mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits or lost data, or for any claim arising from your use of a generated song. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will give notice in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Lyrumi after that means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, and the courts of Serbia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, the UK or another country whose law gives you protections that cannot be contracted away, those protections still apply to you and you may also bring proceedings where you live.
